ELMWOOD PARK, N.J., Wednesday, October 3, 2012 - Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE) announced today that it will release its third quarter 2012 results at approximately 7:30 a.m. (ET) on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 and will host a conference call and webcast at 11:00 a.m. (ET) later that day.
           
William V. Hickey, our Chairman and CEO, Jerome A. Peribere, our President and COO, and Carol P.
