Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On February 3, 2022, Sealed Air Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Emile Z. Chammas has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer effective immediately.

Mr. Chammas, 53, joined the Company in 2010 and served as Senior Vice President, Chief Transformation and Manufacturing/Supply Chain Officer since 2019. Mr. Chammas leads the global procurement and manufacturing organizations with a focus on SEE Operational Excellence across the Company. He also serves as Chief Transformation Officer, reflecting his company-wide leadership of the Reinvent SEE strategy, and oversees the global IT organization. From 2010 to 2019, Mr. Chammas served as Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Chammas was Vice President, Worldwide Supply Chain, for the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, a confectionery company, from 2008 through 2010, and served in management positions of increasing responsibility in supply chain, operations and procurement with the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company from 2002 through 2008.

There is no arrangement or understanding between Mr. Chammas and any other person pursuant to which Mr. Chammas was appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Chammas does not have any family relationships with any director or other executive officer of the Company, and there are no transactions in which Mr. Chammas has an interest requiring disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
