GRACE PROCEEDINGS SUMMARY UPDATE
W. R. Grace facing several appeals
in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals
and is awaiting a court schedule
W. R. Grace publicly stated that it would seek consents and waivers from
several parties to allow Grace to emerge from bankruptcy with these
appeals outstanding
